The assignment involves being aware of the external environment and translating new laws or directives into development or follow-up goals. You will have many contact areas and will collaborate with people within your own department, within the administration, across administrative boundaries, municipality-wide, and with politics.

In your daily work, various digital administrative, business, and case management systems will be used, such as Stratsys, QlikSense, or Unikum.

We are looking for you

We are looking for you who have knowledge and experience of goal and result management, planning, and follow-up. You have good knowledge regarding the processing of statistics, analysis, and project work, and we want you to have experience of working in different digital business systems as well as qualified skills in Excel.

Previous experience of presenting and communicating complex issues to political decision-makers, management groups, or other target groups is meritorious.

You need to have knowledge of and previous experience in quality work and process management. Experience from the preschool/school sector and work in Stratsys is also seen as meritorious.

You who apply for the position need to have a good ability to listen to and communicate with different target groups, analyze complex data, and see connections that can then form the basis for our work to strengthen quality, equality, and goal fulfillment. You can reprioritize without losing focus on the assignment. You need to have the ability to present your work in a pedagogical manner in both written materials and oral presentations.

In this recruitment, we have chosen to remove the cover letter and replace it with selection questions. Your answers will become an important part of our selection work.

Due to summer holidays, we will not start interviews until week 34.

We warmly welcome your application!
